Requirements
BPI is looking for a Sr. Director of Product + Marketing Technology. In this role, you’ll lead projects at the intersection of ad tech, mar tech, and analytics to keep us on the leading edge across our business units.
The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited about tackling new challenges across disciplines from helping shape our approach to the cookieless future to bringing deeper data and analytics to strategic communications.
What you’ll do :
- Manage cross-functional projects at the intersection of ad tech, mar tech, analytics, and AI
- Identify business, client, and internal stakeholder needs to shape product definitions and KPIs for success
- Identify and directly evaluate new tech platforms and datasets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for internal and external products
What you bring :
- A principled and technical understanding of the ad tech space. You’re excited to geek out on identity graphs, have directly worked with log level data, and have a distinct perspective on topics from data providers to inventory supply.
- Broad exposure to marketing analytics. You’ve worked with either some form of social listening data, customer LTV, or audience insight / research platforms.
- Intellectually curious with a strong sense of data intuition and critical thinking. You think in first principles, have outstanding Exploratory Data Analysis skills, and are able to spot discrepancies in a data set from a mile away
- Strong consensus building + project management skills. This is a senior-level IC role, with substantial lateral management across projects.

- A product-focused mindset. After you’ve done a task for the first time, you can articulate a plan to scale and systematize it across a team
- Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $120,000- $175,000 base salary with an annual discretionary bonus + generous benefits.
Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
