About The Position
Job Title : Tech Specialist Job Specialty : Cath Lab Charge Special Procedures Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, 48 hrs / wk, 4x12 Hr Guaranteed Hours : 48 hrs / wk Experience : 2 years required, 5 years preferred License : KY Radiation Certifications : ARRT, BLS, EKG Must-Have : - Knowledge in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs - Basic computer and keyboarding skills - Experience in quality assurance and radiation safety - Ability to ensure efficient patient flow and quality services Job Description : Ensure the delivery of quality services in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology labs.
- Oversee staff in the operation of imaging equipment, providing supervision and direction.- Supervise ongoing quality testing and implement radiation safety measures.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties to maintain patient flow.- Help operate within the department's budget.- Promote communication within and between departments.
- Supervise employees regarding performance, conduct, attendance, and policy adherence.- Conduct orientation for new employees and function as a preceptor.
- Demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission and values.- Adhere to infection control, safety, and personnel guidelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate respect and dignity.- Perform other related duties as assigned.
