Columbine West Health and Rehab is located at 940 Worthington Circle, Fort Collins, Co. This facility provides skilled nursing care along with rehabilitation, nursing and dementia care, and hospice services to the geriatric community.

Starting wages $34.00 - $50.00 / hr. base pay based on years of experience, plus shift differentials!

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Part-time or PRN shifts
- Days : 6am-2 : 30pm, Eves : 2pm-10 : 30pm, Overnights : 10pm-6 : 30am
- 8 hour and 12 hour shifts available.
- Holiday schedule - Time and a half paid.
Registered Nurse
RN's must be knowledgeable / experienced in the following areas : Patient assessmentMedication managementWound careCollaboration with healthcare teamHealth educationMonitoring vital signsEmergency responseDocumentationSupport for activities of daily livingRegulatory complianceEffective communication with residents, families of residents and staff
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- New Grad RN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility
- Excellent communication skills
