We are looking for a highly capable Workday Talent & Performance Lead to ensure that we help our clients deliver on the benefits offered by the Workday Platform.
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you'll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

- Lead a team of 1-4 consultants in the Talent work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Lead working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Architect the Workday Specialization solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
- Provide the Project Manager / HCM Lead with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Here's what you need :
- Existing and up to date Workday Learning Partner Certification
- 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- Full lifecycle Workday Implementation experience
- Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others
Bonus points if :
- Prior federal Learning / LMS experience
- 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Experience with JIRA and / or Confluence
- Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
