National law firm seeks Marketing Communications Coordinator in its New York City office.
Job Requirements
This role will support the day-to-day marketing operation of the firm. This position will work closely with lawyers at all levels across the firm to organize and execute marketing-related activities, including maintenance / updating of website content, managing contacts data, drafting / preparation of marketing materials, and planning of client and intra-firm events :
- Relevant communications or administrative experience in a professional services / legal setting
- Draft, respond to, track and implement firm-wide print / digital / web / social media communications and collateral requests
- Create / update / maintain events and CLE calendars
- Demonstrate superior writing and editing capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based content management programs
- Familiar with digital publishing / e-mail distribution program Support content development for web and key events / initiatives

Salary Range : $55,000 - $70,000 (hourly rate : $30.21 - $38.46) The salary offered to a successful candidate, who will work in the New York City office, will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
