Currently, we are partial hybrid ! In office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Remote Thursday, Friday. (We will eventually move to be back in office 4-5 days at a later date.)

The Domestic Operations Department is seeking to add to its team. As a Domestic Operations Coordinator, you will be overseeing the successful execution of domestic middle mile and last-mile shipments and conducting back-office data entry related to Domestic Operations workflows.

This role can potentially include the following responsibilities :

  • General ERP Data Entry
  • Manage transportations schedules for freight and clients
  • Assisting with third-party production-related data entry
  • Packing customer seafood samples for shipment as needed
  • Customer PO receipt & Order entry into ERP / related software tools
  • Participation in team-based order fulfillment planning & inventory management
  • Logistics booking, tracking, reporting
  • Invoicing
  • Packing & shipping product sample orders
  • Troubleshooting all of the above

  • Willingness to learn new skills with short ramp-up periods
  • Highly developed organization skills - this is a high task volume, multiple software database-facing role
  • Quick Learner with new software systems
  • The ability to pivot - this is a fast-paced environment and the needs of a specific order or problem can change priority rapidly.

Being able to change focus quickly is key.

Experience :

  • 1+ year experience in a customer service and logistics role in a Consumer-Packaged-Goods or Seafood company (Required)
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft office products, third part warehouse management systems and other supply chain software preferred.
  • A minimum of an A.A. degree required; 4 year degree preferred

You can expect to shadow another member of the Domestic Operations team while onboarding and then gradually work your way up to being responsible for the orders and logistics movements related to specific products, regions, and / or inside sales reps.

We have a small team that gets a lot done - it's never boring. We will get you trained to work in a team.

In addition to previous work experience within the domestic logistics industry (ideally with LTL & FTL frozen shipping and cold storages), experience with computer systems and data entry including Microsoft Office products is required.

You must be comfortable handling food products with allergens including seafood - potentially in or out of retail units.

You will need to lift up to 25lbs.

This is currently a partial hybrid role that will require some at home work and required in-office presence from 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM PST three days per week (currently Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), with additional in-office days expected on an as-needed basis.

Occasional requirements to work past 5pm are expected, but not a regular occurrence.

Compensation :

$19.00 - $31.00 / hour
