Responsibilities :
- Inventory Management : Keep our inventory records accurate, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices to minimize discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination : Work closely with our logistics team to ensure the timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and providing training on proper equipment and material handling.
- Warehouse Optimization : Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring : Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and productivity metrics.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and logistics coordination.
