Role Description

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Full Cycle Recruiter to join SeniorQuote Insurance Services in a full-time, remote role.

The Recruiter will take ownership of sourcing, screening, and hiring insurance agents specializing in Medicare Advantage plans.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong drive to grow in their career and take on more responsibilities, with excellent organizational and operational skills.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, analyzing the applicant pool, sending offer letters, and working closely with our Operations Director to ensure agents are set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent for insurance agent roles specializing in Medicare supplement plans
• Conduct thorough screening and interview processes, ensuring candidates meet our standards of Excellence and Accountability
• Collaborate with the CEO for final hiring approvals, aligning new hires with SeniorQuote’s core IDEAL values
• Work closely with the Contracting and Licensing Director to ensure agents complete onboarding efficiently and in compliance with industry standards
• Track and report recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, sourcing success rates, and offer acceptance rates
• Ensure recruitment practices are in line with fair hiring practices and industry regulations

Qualifications

• Proven skills in recruitment, screening, and hiring with a preference for experience in the insurance or Medicare industry
• Operational experience in onboarding, especially in high-volume settings, is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans and the insurance landscape is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to driving initiatives
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to our Learning Mindset and Excellence
