PLEDGE MORTGAGE OPERATIONS ANALYST

What You'll Do :
- Reviewing client collateral and providing funding requirements.
- Performing pledged asset set up and maintenance requests.
- Monitor and respond to servicing requests from Wealth Management branch offices.
- Review risk reports and escalate to management when necessary.
- Provide client service to the field : handle incoming calls and emails.
- Managing client documentation and obtaining approval to establish the pledge.
- Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Participate in projects and facilitate training to team members when needed.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks

- Multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
- Proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Access Database and SQL knowledge is a plus.
