Salary :

Growing law firm with corporate office located in Greensboro is seeking a full-time clerical position for the accounting department.

Candidate will perform conflict checks, setup new matter numbers in the time & billing system, be responsible for approving wires for the real estate department, process and email client invoices, perform various payable / check writing functions, transfer funds between various accounts and other general accounting support assigned by the accounting manager.

Qualifications :

  • Basic data entry
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge to include coding transactions and making journal entries
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Knowledge of invoicing / billing processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently

This is a full-time, in office position with a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and 401k match.
