DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Chemicals company who is looking to add an experienced Plant Manager to their team.
Essential Functions :
- Directs production of overall operations of plant; understands manufacturing process
- Manages and coaches direct reports including establishing and following performance of staff; initiates and inspires team spirit;
understands work required for each position
- Monitor daily operations, production and overall plant activities
- Manage and coach all direct reports on daily KPIs and scope of role, including hiring and training of new employees
Requirements :
- B.S in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of operations leadership experience
- Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
