Qualifications for a Medical Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant :
- Board Certification : Must hold credentials such as CNP or PA-C SDPA (preferred)
- Dermatology Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Medical Dermatology.
- Medical Dermatology Skills : Proficiency in diagnosing and treating various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
Experience with skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and phototherapy. Strong knowledge of dermatological pharmacology.
- Patient-Centered Care : Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and personalized treatment plans.
- Team Player : Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Clinical Oversight : Ability to independently oversee and provide clinical care to patients.
