Role Description
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) for a key leadership role at Yadira. As an integral part of our team, you will lead the development and execution of personalized nutrition programs, oversee a growing team of dietitians, and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients and insurance providers.
The ideal candidate will hold licensure in Florida and at least five other states and have extensive experience working with major insurance companies to maintain in-network status.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our AI-powered weight loss solutions and represent Yadira at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and expansion of personalized nutrition programs, leveraging AI and wearable technology.
- Oversee and grow the dietitian network, ensuring all dietitians are licensed in Florida and at least five additional states.
- Cultivate and maintain in-network relationships with major insurance providers, ensuring broad coverage for Yadira’s services.
- Collaborate with corporate clients to implement wellness programs, including workshops, presentations, and tailored health initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of dietitians, ensuring high-quality, personalized care across all regions.
- Serve as a key representative of Yadira, promoting the company’s vision and solutions at industry conferences and events.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed in Florida and at least five other states.
- Extensive experience working with major insurance companies.
- Proven leadership in healthcare or nutrition-related fields, with a strong understanding of personalized nutrition and weight loss solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Experience in corporate wellness programs, including leading workshops and client presentations.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
