Requirements Locums - OlympiaSeeking two general Cardiology locum providers to work 1-2 weeks per month starting in January (Or ASAP).
Clinic hours are M-F 8 : 30-5 pm, call need is to be determined by schedule of staff providers. Call may include nights and weekend, depending on need of service line.
Details of schedule will be determined based on provider's skill and availability and will be discussed in an interview.
PLEASE NOTE : we will not be able to accept any provider that has prior malpractice cases, yes answers on their attestation, etc any provider being presented to the clinic should have a clean file.
Do not present providers who do not match this requirement.
