Volt is i,,ediately hiring for Customer Service in Carlsbad, Ca.

Payrate : $18 an hour

Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm or 8am-5pm

As a Customer Service you will

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Adaptability and accountability.

This is a full time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

• Answering incoming calls to set service appointments, or other issues with products or services.
• Making outbound calls that service is coming due or that clients have recalls on their vehicle
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
• Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Completing other duties as assigned by management

Pay Rate : $18.00 / h

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
