Responsibilities :
Interacts with clients in responding to their bond specific needs, i.e., contract documents, bond forms, rating and billing questions, etc.
Interacts with surety company representatives in handling transactional related information / issues
In the administration of the bond programs of our clients, i.e., premium billings, rating issues, contract documents, bond forms, bid results, etc.
Prepares client-specific documents
Processes billing transactions
Works within the agency management system's electronic file management specific to our surety clients, i.e., lnsureVision and Applied
Coordinate’s client service with Account Executive
Continues to pursue professional development as applicable

Requirements :
Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Applied Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education / Experience :
College Degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, preferred
Property & Casualty License, required
Surety License, preferred
Minimum 3+ years relevant Commercial Lines / Construction insurance experience
Brokerage experience or knowledge of surety products preferred

Hourly Wage : $20-$40 / hr based on 37.5hr work week.
Posted compensation range for Colorado and Washington applicants.
