Job Details
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including daily bank account reconciliations
- Execute accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including customer invoicing, collections,
invoice processing, and vendor payments
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts
- Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and
accruals
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in accordance with GAAP
