Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Contracts Procurement Manager (Level K ) to join our Materials and Standards Procurement team in Everett , Washington !
This leader will manage a team of contracts Procurement Agents who have responsibility for all contracting activities for Composites, Chemicals and Regulated Materials.
They will work in close partnership with operations, category management & finance.
This role requires partnership with Leaders across the enterprise and an active member of the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplane) Supply Chain team.
This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities :
Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
Manages, develops, and motivates Procurement Agent employees performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, development of bid packages, proposal analysis, and development of contracts.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related degree
5+ years of experience leading supplier contract negotiations
5+ years of experience interpreting and / or enforcing contract terms and conditions
5+ years working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and / or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years in project management including interfacing with suppliers, partnerships, and / or customers
3+ years in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills

Summary pay range : Location : Everett, Washington : (Manager Level K) - $125,100 - $152,900
