Job Title : Commercial Program Manager

Description : Reporting to the Sales VP, the Commercial Program Manager for Partner and B2B Marketing will play a pivotal role in expanding MSI's B2B business in the USA through industry partner cooperative communication.

This role involves developing and executing B2B marketing strategies and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for product launches and campaign initiatives.

The manager will also oversee partner funding and budget planning / execution, ensuring seamless communication with internal marketing teams and external partner alliances for optimal B2B marketing and co-marketing outcomes.

Pay Range : $66,500 - $100,000 Hourly

Location : City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO :

  • Plans and executes B2B marketing / Partner strategy according to business objectives and ROI
  • Develops, communicates, and implements winning go-to-market plans for B2B PC product in USA
  • Coordinates with the local and HQ Marketing Team for vendor funding / budgeting alignment.
  • Acts as the expert on the local markets in terms of positioning and launch strategies, and competition.
  • Analyzes end user, competitor and product category trends and insights, making recommendations based on that analysis for Commercial business and partner co-op.
  • Liaises with MSI team members and various business partners to ensure MSI creative is compliant with partner funding requirements.
  • Annual commercial event budget and planning

What you will NEED :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of commercial IT industry experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or PC industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities while being a team player
  • A clear understanding of branding strategy and marketing tactics for B2B and Partner marketing.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnerships
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to explain complex situations and issues
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and to handle multiple duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and excellent attention to detail
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude and a love of learning new things
