Job&Talent is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the world-class UPS Mail Innovations in Bensenville, IL. Join a great team and be rewarded for your hard work!
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE LEADERSHIP EXP
Pay : $26 / hr weekly pay
Essential Functions :
- Ensure proper training on current and new staff
- Host meetings with Team Leads
- Ensure PPH (pieces per hour) are within the required frame
- Report issues immediately to Manager
- Assist with proper management to ensure all departments are fully staffed and running smoothly
Shift : Monday - Friday 11 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 AM
Qualifications :
- Previous supervisory within a warehouse, i.e. supervisor, lead, or manager
- Forklift experience a plus (propane / electric / stand -up / sit-down)
- Must be able to arrive on time and complete the shift
- Must possess great communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Must have a sense of urgency
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
