Senior Marketing Coordinator
Langan is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Miami, FL . This individual will serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and to collaborate with the firm’s employees and leadership, along with architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required;
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry;
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
- Experience with PowerPoint, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
