Requirements :

Here's what we're looking for :

Licensed to Lead : Possess a current cosmetology, barber, or manager license (requirements vary by state / province).

Flexibility is Key : Thrive in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Customer Champion : Be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back for more.

Leading by Example : Consistently demonstrate the 5 Steps to Customer Care, setting the standard for your team.

Technical Expertise : Deliver high-quality haircuts at a consistent pace in our fast-paced environment.

Active Listener : Possess a strong ability to understand and translate client desires into exceptional results.

Tech-Savvy : Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage client information and streamline salon processes.
