Axon is expanding into New Markets and is growing our team! We need a high energy, process focused Sales Order Coordinator to work with internal teams at Axon and support a streamlined customer order experience.
In this role you will coordinate processing of all opportunities and facilitate implementation of New Markets specific requirements into Axon processes.
You will serve as the conduit between sales, program management and our internal teams to ensure efficient execution of orders, compliance to customer requirements and adherence with internal policies and procedures.
Location : In Office located in Back Bay area in Boston, MA
Reports to : VP of Sales, East
What You’ll Do
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and oversee all office operations, events, and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints when necessary.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, service providers, and contractors.
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant Manager.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.
The Pay : Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 70,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 125,000 in the highest geographic market.
The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 84,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 150,000 in the highest geographic market.
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
