We are seeking a talented bookkeeper to join our team at our company. As a leading real estate development firm in Los Angeles, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional projects and maintaining strong financial management.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, utilizing AppFolio software.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain internal controls.
- Multiple bank and credit card Reconciliations
Requirements :
- Proficient in AppFolio software or similar property management and accounting programs. (is a MOST)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
