What you’d be doing :

• Diagnose and solve roof leaks on multiple types of commercial roof systems.
• Do emergency roof repairs.
• Correctly install roofing materials to perform repairs as per industry standards. *This includes metal flashings*.
• Good communication skills / Professional appearance.
• Entering project findings and photos in Centerpoint Connect / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology / software.
• Maintain Fleet requirements. Including vehicle cleanliness, vehicle inventory, safe driving and maintenance as required.
• Update Time Clock ins and outs in Paylocity (our hourly management software).
• Train assigned Service Operation Technician II in roof leak repairs, small scopes of roof maintenance and / or inspections for multiple types of commercial roof systems.
• Document and turn in any and ALL Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Truck Inventory Transfer Sheets, Tool and PPE Inspection forms as required.
• Completing site set ups and cleaning up of work area before and after work is completed.
• Perform ALL scopes of work in a safe manner.

Requirements :

You’re probably a match if you have :

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Roofing experience.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to work from various heights.
• Proficient with safety protocols and procedures.
• Able to identify, locate, document, and advise on multiple different roof system’ deficiencies and issues.
• Good communication skills / Professional appearance.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology / software.

Work Location and Hours :

• Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
• In the office, not a remote position.
