Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately $1-2 Million in sales per year.
- Financial analysis and forecasting.
- Sales Building.
- Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers.
- Performance feedback and corrective action.
- Maintenance of facility and equipment.
- Financial reporting.

Position Requirements
- 2 to 3 year's experience as a General Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant.
- Experience with $1.5MM or higher restaurants.
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated or a location closed / was sold.
- Ability to articulate personal success stories.
- Experience with a drive-thru window preferred, but not required.
- Valid unrestricted driver license.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
