The Hired Guns are seeking a Senior Associate, Data and Analytics for a red-hot (but blue-leaning) full-service digital strategy, data, and communications firm with offices in Washington, DC and NYC.

If you’ve got two to four years of experience making sense of data from numerous industries and interests with frequent dips into a progressive itinerary come join this highly influential leader in the field.

Brands, cities, campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations all love working with this award-winning agency, which built its own proprietary software to monitor and measure campaigns.

And the person who scores this Senior Associate, Data and Analytics job will get to apply their far-ranging fluency to extremely large sets of data.

The bulk of the work is developing scalable, repeatable processes for data collection and analysis via languages and tools proficiency in SQL and Tableau is good, but Python and Scala are better.

And then comes the dashboard construction, to better generate custom reports in partnership with different members of the organization in an agile, ad-hoc fashion.
