Excelsior has been engaged to conduct a search for this international capital markets technology solutions provider with a strong global client base, looking to expand it’s US operation with the appointment of a new business sales professional.
Reporting direct to the Head of North America you’ll be an integral member of the company, which has a relaxed and co-operative professional environment, and take a lead role in selling their suite of credit and debt analysis solutions to financial institutions.
The sales person will certainly have the freedom and flexibility to develop and execute their own sales strategy, with the benefits of great credit market solutions, brand and company behind them, with yet a nimble entrepreneurial culture that will help them be successful.
You’ll need to be able to show :
At least 3 years capital markets technology or data sales experience, with a new business revenue generation edge.
Experience selling either fixed income / credit / debt research, data, ratings or related analytical technologies would be ideal, as would a strong network of fixed income portfolio managers and risk managers etc.
The ability to pick up solutions that are new / unique in the market, and a consultative sales approach in order to creatively identify solution sales opportunities.
The personal motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture.
