Compensation :
$92,000 - $160,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the water system, including maintenance, repairs, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulatory standards including safety, health, and environment
- Develop and maintain efficient and cost-effective procedures and policies for water system operations
- Manage the water system's budget to ensure that funds are appropriately allocated and utilized
- Conduct regular water system inspections and suggest improvement plans for the areas of need
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental health, civil engineering, or related field of study and / or ADEM Grade 4 water certification
- Experience in a similar role, managing a water system
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Customer Service Experience
- Construction and project management experience
- US Work Authorization
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing personnel
- Knowledgeable of relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to water systems
