Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Food handler's certification may be required.
Duties : Supervise staff and ensuring quality services. Assign and delegate tasks to staff to ensure proper organization within the team.
Step in (if needed) to clean and sanitize specified areas using proper disinfectant (bleach / water) before and after the meal is served.
Sweep, mop, and disinfect the floors in the dining room, clipper area, kitchen, and anywhere food may have been dropped.
Perform light dusting throughout the dining room area. Wear acceptable head covers (hats, caps, and hairnets) to prevent loose hair from falling into food.
