PubTech seeks a Product Manager to help us understand the complexities of each of our user types, and create systems that can accurately represent the relationships between them.
These systems must model the temporal relationships created by contracts between companies, and accurately provide appropriate permissions for each user and prevent any sort of unauthorized changes within the system.
The Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the enterprise-wide supply side system user identity platform, as well as how to define the relationships between entities within this platform.
This role will support a critical component of PubTech’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for entity relationships and user access within the platform.
This role requires a deep understanding of identity-related challenges, dependencies and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
Crafting secure and reliable workflows to manage both entities and users is a foundational item to insure that PubTech’s supply side platform can operate at scale.
Responsibilities include : Serve as the subject matter expert on account hierarchy management (accurately representing relationships between entities / businesses), understanding customer pain points, requirements, and industry best practicesDefine the long-term product strategy and roadmap for account hierarchy features and functionalityCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into actionable product plansDevelop and communicate a comprehensive identity strategy, primarily around authorization, access control and organization management - aligning with business goals, compliance standards, and user experience principles.
Drive quick and strong consensus for customer-centric vision and strategy by engaging with internal stakeholders and expressing that strategy through bold product roadmaps, collaborating closely with product leaders and software engineers, and participating in all levels of the execution sequence to deliver key resultsDevelop strong value-based metrics and goals that guide the iterative learning and delivery model to validate solutions to the most important customer problems as they evolve over time.
Champion a user-centric approach to identity management, conducting user research, and utilizing feedback to continuously improve and innovate identity-related features.
The right candidate will possess a strong product management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large products and projects, will have background in digital advertising, and will have a well-rounded background in current DSP and SSP technologies.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
As a Product Manager, you will be 100% customer focused, understanding their needs and requirements, plus anticipating future trends that will serve their needs.
You will excel at delivering results, being able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200 / year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
