Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Work independently with solution strategists and clients to understand, document, analyze and communicate complex solution requirements to key stakeholders.
- Use and enhance internal tools, processes and standards to estimate high level solution and requirement costs.
- Lead collaboration and engagement with engineering and visual designers during development process.
- Proactively communicate solution and functional status to stakeholders, including sales, consulting and clients.
- Independently verify the solution meets functional requirements and approve the solution for release.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
- At least 4 years of testing, development or solution-related work experience
- At least 2 years of Agile development work experience
- At least 1 year of software development experience contributing to or reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria
- At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
