Boutique Consumer & Brand Insights Market Research firm for some of the largest retail and CPG clients known is seeking a Senior Vice President of Quantitative Research & Marketing Science .
This position will report into the President and will oversee the quantitative research department.
Location Remote, large cities preferred.

Responsibilities :
- Leading the quantitative research department
- Recommending research methodologies and designing studies
- Interfacing with clients to develop new business and communicate insights
- Guiding questionnaire development
- Overseeing sampling methodology
- Analyzing data
- Advanced statistical modeling
- Data mining to derive quantitative based business insights
- Developing analysis frameworks for evaluating business problems
- Data visualization
Requirements :
- Advanced degree (MBA / MS / PhD) in a related marketing / math / data science major
- 10+ years vendor-side experience at a market research agency (preferably boutique agency)
- 5+ years of experience with data science, especially in market research applications
- Experience designing and executing complex studies such as segmentation studies, brand positioning studies, creative testing, and customer journey studies
- Prior hands-on experience with statistical packages such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python
- Strong understanding of how to interpret results from advanced statistical modeling (e.g. cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression modeling, decision trees, correlations, random forest, conjoint / discrete choice analysis, and significance testing)
- Survey design
- Experience executing quantitative studies from beginning to end
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
