Caregiver needed for Immediate Assignment
Preferred Care at Home of NW NJ is seeking a qualified NJ Licensed CHHA to provide assistance with all ADLs and Personal Care for our Male client in his own home in Sparta, NJ 07871.
Must be able to perform transfers. Experience with Parkinson's preferred.
Client has a small family dog in home. Must be a compassionate and experienced individual with a valid CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) license with NJ Board of Nursing.
Shifts are 12 hours - 9a to 9p and 9p to 9a Monday -Sunday.

Responsibilities :
Provide personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing,
Incontinent Care
Assist with mobility and transfers
Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
Light Housekeeping (if required)
Requirements :
Current Certification as a Home Health Aide in the State of New Jersey
At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
