On behalf of our client, who is a well-established real estate firm, we are hiring a Development Assistant . They are a privately held developer / owner / manager of Class A multifamily who has developed 40K+ units.
The Development Assistant position will work exclusively for the President & CEO.
The ideal candidate will reside in Columbus, GA, but this is a hybrid position.
Key details :
- This individual will be an integral part of supporting the growing Southeast development team to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Day-to-day clerical work and administrative detail work.
- The candidate will play a key role in aiding the development team with regular interaction and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability of simultaneously handling multiple assignments.
- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Effective organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS excel, Word and PowerPoint. ( Experience with Yardi and Concur a plus)
