Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering product or service information.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries : Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
- Order processing : Assist customers with order placement, status updates, and returns or exchanges.
- Product knowledge : Stay up-to-date with product / service offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain records : Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
- Escalate issues : Transfer more complex cases to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Customer feedback : Collect feedback from customers to help improve processes and services.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving Skills : Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.

- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
