SENIOR ESTIMATOR- Underground Utilities (Civil / Commercial)
This highly reputable company is looking to add a Utilities Senior Estimator to their team! With a focus on Civil Infrastructure / Underground Utilities and Commercial General Contracting, this company provides premier services that continue to attract new and repeat clients!
SENIOR ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and understand all documents and assess project risks
- Understand project logistics and project schedule
- Manage and Develop cost estimates of at risk projects including all material, labor, equipment and general condition costs necessary to deliver a complete project
- Actively perform pre-construction duties and participate in meetings with clients, owners and engineers
- Maintain a historical database of costs
SENIOR ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS :
- 10+ years’ experience estimating Civil Infrastructure / Underground Utilities projects
- Well versed in all estimating principals including reviewing conceptual estimates
- Ability to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approach
- Advanced computer skills with estimating software. Heavy Bid and excavating software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
