Job Title : Production Team Memeber
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Heat Press Operator to join our team. The Heat Press Operator will be responsible for operating a heat press machine to customize uniforms, including adding logos, names, and numbers to the garments.
There is no previous experience needed. You will receive full training.
Responsibilities :
- Operate a heat press machine to customize uniforms according to customer specifications.
- Review customer orders and ensure accuracy of customization, including the placement of logos, names, and numbers.
- Adjust the heat press machine settings to ensure proper temperature and pressure for each garment.
- Prepare the garments for customization, including pre-pressing, trimming, and ensuring that they are clean and wrinkle-free.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the heat press machine, tools, and supplies.
- Keep inventory of supplies and materials needed for the heat press machine.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the heat press machine, such as temperature or pressure problems, and notify the appropriate team member if needed.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that customization meets their expectations.
- Meet production quotas and deadlines set by management.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No Previous experience operating a heat press machine is Required. (Full Training Provided)
- Ability to read and interpret customer orders and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
