Job Description :
We are currently seeking multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for various 1 : 1 openings in all grade levels, from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
The positions are based in Vista, California, and offer full-time employment for the 2023-2024 school year.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support to students with behavioral needs, following the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including special education teachers and related service providers
Requirements :
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
