In this role, you will play a crucial part in our construction projects by accurately estimating the costs of roofing and metal wall panel installations.

If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering quality work, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities : -Estimate the costs of roofing and metal wall panel projects accurately and efficiently.

  • Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.-Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
  • Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys to determine the scope of work.-Analyze blueprints and drawings to identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services needed for the project.-Utilize estimating software and tools to generate cost estimates and proposals.
  • Present estimates to clients and negotiate pricing as needed.-Track and manage project costs throughout the bidding process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure accurate pricing.Qualifications : -Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating roofing and metal wall panel projects.-Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.-Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar programs is preferred.-Experience with metal wall panel systems and roofing materials is a plus.
