Key Responsibilities : Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of properties. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance challenges promptly and effectively.
Ensure tools and equipment are kept in excellent working condition. Qualifications : Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Reliable transportation is essential. Licensed technicians will be prioritized and may qualify for additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.
