J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers who are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve.

Top Pay & Benefits :
- Newly increased pay - all drivers make up to 65 CPM
- Average $1,200 - $1,600 per week
- Onboarding bonus

- Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week

Requirements :
- Must have valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
- Must have at least 6 months of experience
- Minimum age of 21
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
- No prior Reefer experience is required
