We're looking for a Data Analyst - Partner Experience to join our ever-evolving Platforms team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

We are Worldpay for Platforms, a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions.

What you'll own

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with automation experience and AI expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will turn data into insights that drive business value, streamline data processes through automation, and leverage AI techniques to enhance analysis.

Responsibilities :

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Design and implement automated data collection and processing workflows
  • Optimize and automate routine analytical tasks
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to derive deeper insights from data
  • Assist in developing and implementing AI-driven predictive models

What you bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong skills in Excel and statistical analysis
  • Experience with Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques (e.g., scripting, ETL processes)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining automated reporting systems
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Desired Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, AI, or Machine Learning
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in a business context
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI / ML services
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi)
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
