Responsibilities :

Introduce and advocate for TJO's cutting-edge products, with a focus on the efficiency-driven Klassic One Instrumentation and Knee System.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers, positioning TJO as the leader in orthopedic efficiency and innovation.

Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, competitive offerings, and clinical evidence to effectively convey the unique benefits of our products.

Achieve and surpass sales goals through strategic territory management, diligent planning, and execution.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for those with orthopedics or total joint replacement backgrounds.

Established relationships with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare facilities within your designated territory.

A proven track record as an independent distributor or sales agent, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial drive.

A commitment to excellence, with a keen interest in continuous learning and adapting to the fast-evolving medical device landscape.
