You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market including neighborhoods, school districts, and zoning ordinances.

Compensation :
$85,000 - $120,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
- Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
- Validate all personal references and rental application information
- Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
- Lead follow up

Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Familiar with leasing regulations
- A real estate license required
- Ability to learn leasing rules and regulations
