Fusion Innovation is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform in the role of the architect communication, brand strategist, and marketing systems integrator.

In this position, the candidate will support the customer’s portfolio of activities through a wide range of duties involving initial brand strategy development, planning, implementation, production / maintenance of materials / media, coordination with and presentation to internal and external

customers / stakeholders, analysis of impact, and problem-solving.

  • Grow the reputation in the Customer organization(s) and appeal to a larger audience
  • Outreach for brand / organization
  • Coordinates across all of Architecture organization : MB Program, Senior Data Officer, Senior Information Office and Chief / Deputy Chief Architecture
  • Work with a team as the lead / focal point performing outreach for Organization on all activities. Team members are part-time
  • Analyze consumer insights, craft plans and develop guidelines to promote organization across various channels / mediums
  • Design promotional campaigns for new projects / initiatives / kickoffs
  • Develop social media strategy
  • Analyze trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Assess the performance of advertising campaigns and events
  • Maintain websites / SharePoint / blogs including building out brand on website
  • Upgrade of existing media and websites
  • Writing advertising
  • Create briefings

Required Skills

  • Person selected must be able to write well, be able to present impeccably, and support all the mission activities with brand development.
  • Portfolio of building a brand
  • Knowledge of commercial social media
  • Excellent understanding of full marketing mix, including writing commercials
  • Superlative communication and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking)
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information from various resources
  • Domain experience and knowledge of customer’s processes, procedures, and network
