WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- DIRECT HIRE
- ONSITE
- 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (flexibility with start time)
- $22 -$24 / hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience.
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Strong working knowledge of NE Sales and Use Tax
- Proficient with Excel
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Handle weekly invoicing; ensuring accuracy and correct tax on purchase order
- Reconcile credit card activity
- Prepare quarterly 914N and Yearly 1099 files
