Senior Accountant

• 3+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
• Exceptional analytical and Excel skills, comfortable working with large data sets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proactive, self motivated with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience working in public accounting
• 1+ years of experience working in a high-growth SaaS company
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, Bill.com, and Navan or similar accounting softwares
• A CPA (or are currently a CPA candidate)

Responsibilities

• This individual will be a key contributor as we grow our Finance team and our company
• Own transactional accounting for areas such as bank and credit card transactions, AP, payroll, billing and expense reporting
• Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis
• Help identify, drive, and implement process improvements while documenting new and existing processes
• Support processing and review of customer contracts, billing and revenue schedules to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with US GAAP
• Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to align on downstream impacts, controls, and reporting needs for accounting close
• Perform special, ad-hoc projects in Accounting / Finance as requested
• U.S. base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 (CO, TX) and $103,000 - $121,000 (CA, NY, WA)
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
