Hospital Location : Eureka, CA
Dates : 11 / 7 - ongoing in 2025
Setting : 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting
Hours : Clinic : M,Tu,Fri 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Outpatient Surgery : W, Th 7 : 30am - 12 : 30pm
Procedures : All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are performed at the surgery center.
Call : No Call
Patients per shift : 12-15
License : California and active Fluro license
EMR : Epic
Additional Info : 100% Pain Management
