About The Position
Job Title : Radiology / Cardiology Technologist Job Specialty : X-Ray Technician Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 3 years as a Radiologic Technologist License : License required (must have in-hand or proof of application) Certifications : ARRT(R), BLS Must-Have : - Ability to work all holidays within the contract period- Availability for weekend shifts- Compliance with MN state requirements for fingerprinting Job Description : Work in a critical access hospital with a busy ER and limited inpatient work.
- Operate in a newly remodeled department with radiologist support during the day and remote nocturnist readings.- Utilize voice recognition software for efficient reporting.
- Handle various types of equipment, including Canon x-ray, Shimadzu Rad / Fluoro room, GE portable x-ray, Hologic mini-C-arm, and OEC standard C-arm.
- No floating required within the facility; potential floating to sister facilities based on need.- Commitment to high-quality patient care in a Level IV trauma facility.
- Adhere to provided orientation hours.- Ensure all necessary health requirements and vaccines, including COVID-19 vaccine (medical / religious exemptions permitted), are up to date.
Additional Requirements : Travelers must complete required fingerprinting in person in MN prior to start. - Responsible for financial arrangements related to travel for fingerprinting and other compliance requirements.
Familiarity with Epic charting system.- Dress code compliance with provided scrub color guidelines for the respective role.
